What is the sub carrier spacing used in NR RACH transmission? Is it variable or fixed?

It depends upon the frequency range. If the frequency ranges below sub 6(fr1) then sub carrier spacing would be 15 or 30 KHz. 120 and 240 KHz has been defined for mm wave
